Pre-paid massages and gift certificates are transferrable, with my approval.

Pre-paid massages and gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

You are responsible to supply me with valid contact information for you and your guest and to supply your guest with my contact information.

I am not held responsible if you do not supply correct information.
